We will generally provide you with a total amount after the preliminary meeting. This includes travel and, if necessary, accommodation costs. A technical setup for sound for up to 100 guests is also included. A playlist for the live band’s breaks and a microphone for any speeches are also provided at no extra cost. There are no travel or accommodation costs for events in and around Munich.

Our acts typically perform two to three instrumental dinner sets of approximately 30 minutes each, and two to three event sets of approximately 40 minutes each. A performance time of five hours is a good average in terms of energy, and evening events typically run between approximately 7:00 p.m. and midnight. If the party or celebration is expected to last longer, we recommend enlisting a DJ. Longer performance or performance times are possible upon request.

As described under “Costs,” a “basic technical setup” is included in the base price. A 220-volt outlet at the location where the band will be playing is sufficient. For larger events with over 100 guests, we recommend utilizing a technical service provider, which we are also happy to offer as part of a complete package.

The musicians and technicians usually complete their soundcheck a few hours before the guests arrive, and after the performance, they’re still busy packing up and traveling home. Therefore, a suitable break with food, provided by the promoter, must be planned.

A retreat area for the musicians would be nice, but we realize that it’s not always possible. At the very least, there should be a place for instrument bags and a place to change. In a pinch, this could even be a spacious restroom. However, it always has a positive effect on the performance if the artists can prepare for their performance in a relaxed and appreciated manner.

Our artists can position themselves very compactly—even a stage isn’t always necessary. A small group can sometimes manage in a corner of the room—depending on the instrument and performance, 1.5 to 2 square meters per musician is a good average.

We have a large portfolio of outstanding musicians and singers. In emergencies, replacements can be found within hours – without compromising on quality.

After a verbal agreement, an email agreement, or a contractual commitment, the engagement is binding for both parties. Cancellations for official reasons are all too familiar from the “coronavirus years.” In such cases, or in cases of force majeure, no cancellation fees apply. In the event of a cancellation for personal or business reasons, a cancellation fee is due, the amount of which will be determined by mutual agreement or according to contractually agreed cancellation policies.

Of course, our singers and bands can prepare song requests and perform them at your event. Depending on the effort involved and the band’s lineup, a fee will be charged.
